The Yellow Gold Heart Surprise Locket is set in 18 carat yellow gold and opens to reveal a heart shaped sapphire surprise inside. The bail of the locket is set with brilliant cut diamonds and theegg also features a single sparkling diamond. The locket is 18mm in size.

The egg pendant is 22mm and hangs on a 50cm, 18ct yellow gold chain. Brilliant cut diamonds 0.07ct (F, VS ). 0.46ct heart shaped pink sapphire.
